Curry Real Estate Case Study

Since 1924, Curry Real Estate has been providing customers service in all facets of real estate, specializing in everything from leasing, to managing, selling, and even consulting for both residential or commercial properties.  The HVAC system in their office building was inefficient and outdated, causing mounting utility costs that were exacerbated by the extreme temperatures last year.  Additionally, maintenance costs were compounding due to the lack of upgrades to the mechanical system.

WEI provided Curry with a mechanical assessment that targeted the inefficiencies of their outdated HVAC system.  The assessment not only quantified areas of opportunity, but also provided a strategic implementation plan for suggested upgrades.  The recommend efficiency improvements have projected utility savings of up to 50% and should enhance productivity and comfort of employees and clients.
