Areas where we create efficiencies and savings:
- Lighting Retrofits. Because lighting is normally so inefficient, it offers the most opportunity for energy savings. If a business has old technology lighting (T12 fluorescent, Metal Halide, or low or high-pressure sodium), a retrofit will provide savings between 30 and 70 percent. The more hours a business operates, the quicker a retrofit project will pay back.
- HVAC. If your existing HVAC system is more than 10 years old, it is probably 30 to 40 percent less efficient than models available today. Improvements in technology, such as zoning and thermostat technology, will make you more comfortable while using less energy to do so.
- Building Envelope. Insufficient insulation and roofing cause significant energy loss. Internal heating and cooling loss can be harnessed with improved roofing and the correct level of insulation, which will also reduce energy costs.
- New Construction Design Assistance. We provide detailed design and planning assistance for new construction projects to guarantee that your project qualifies for available utility and tax incentives.
