Our Green Energy Savings
Worldwide Energy has saved our clients more than $1 million in green energy savings, and reduced more than 18 million pounds of carbon dioxide – that’s the same as removing 1,678 vehicles from the road, or planting 219,503 trees.
We are committed to continuing to remove emissions from our environment, and reducing energy costs for our clients.
Our Efforts
Worldwide Energy focuses on waste reduction, recycling, and green energy conservation in all of our efforts. We take pride in the fact that we recycle more than 95% of all removed materials from our projects including lamps, ballasts, acrylics, sheet metal, copper, and aluminum.
In addition, we work with vendors to reduce the amount of cardboard and packaging, utilizing bulk shipping wherever possible, and we recycle all cardboard and pallets used in shipping.
Worldwide was recently recognized by Johnson County with the 2012 Green Business Award for our green initiatives.
